A note on graphics performance. Unlike Macworld, we found little difference in graphics performance between these two laptops. However, aside from turning on multiprocessor support, we leave Quake at its default settings. Perhaps that accounts for the differences between our game score and theirs (we noted a higher frame rate for the MacBook than they achieved). The straight Graphics score is based on the graphics test of CineBench R10
